Finalmente, se observa cómo está siendo la introducción del libro digital en relación al área de la Educación Física.[Abstract] One of the great dilemmas in which the educational community is is the bet on electronic textbooks (aka eTextbook) at the expense of textbooks printed in Galicia has been chosen in some centers to gradually introducing the book electronic text in classrooms 5th Primary Education. This article describes the characteristics that define the electronic textbook and make you be attractive and useful to the educational community are realized. First, it defines the digital book and materialize their characteristics and problems and drawbacks that we can find to use. Secondly, it states what the E-Dixgal and how it affects the introduction of the project in the classroom. Finally, we see how being the introduction of digital books in relation to the area of Physical Educatio

From inmemorables times the educational one has tried to seduce its pupils with resources to attract its attention, to clarify contents or, simply, so that they understand or they remember better certain contents. The fact that the Didactics contemplates the meaning of being the art to teach aH aH, is lent to that we use means to make the didactic act manageable. From the mural or the painting, happening through audio-visual means and, at the moment, new technologies and Internet...they are mechanisms to stimulate the learning, so that the student enjoys forming. As we know Internet has manifold applications but perhaps one ofmost important and which they need being studied more is on the educative application that this technological resource can contribute to uso Indeed by the fact that Internet can be a very useful technological resource in the field of the education, aH the professionals that we dedicated ourselves to this field we have the necessity and, would be possible to say, the obligation, to be familiarized with this resource, as well as, to know its utilities later to apply theln and to put them in practic

Strain effect and intermixing at the Si surface: A hybrid quantum and molecular mechanics study

We investigate Ge mixing at the Si(001) surface and characterize the 2×N2\times N Si(001) reconstruction by means of hybrid quantum and molecular mechanics calculations (QM/MM). Avoiding fake elastic dampening, this scheme allows to correctly take into account long range deformation induced by reconstruted and defective surfaces. We focus in particular on the dimer vacancy line (DVL) and its interaction with Ge adatoms. We first show that calculated formation energies for these defects are highly dependent on the choice of chemical potential and that the latter must be chosen carefully. Characterizing the effect of the DVL on the deformation field, we also find that the DVL favors Ge segregation in the fourth layer close to the DVL. Using the activation-relaxation technique (ART nouveau) and QM/MM, we show that a complex diffusion path permits the substitution of the Ge atom in the fourth layer, with barriers compatible with mixing observed at intermediate temperature.Comment: 11 pages, 7 figures, 3 table

Innovation and productivity: impact assessment of copromotion projects

This dissertation describes, analyses, and evaluates the impacts of projects in copromotion, subsidised by European Funds in Portugal, from 2006 to 2019, related to the Multiannual Financial Frameworks QREN and PT2020. The objective is, using panel data, to econometrically evaluate, through a fixed-effects model, the impacts of copromotion projects on firms’ performance, comparing them with individual R&D projects, and assess how the characteristics of the consortiums affect the expected results. Investment in R&D is essential for economic growth. However, market failures can lead to underinvestment and, consequently, to suboptimal economic growth rates. Given that copromotion projects can help firms overcome market failures, public policies have focused on forming these partnerships. However, there is no consensus on the effects of these initiatives on the performance of firms, with the impacts varying with the characteristics of the consortiums. The results of this dissertation suggest that R&D copromotion projects have positive effects on the productivity of firms, especially in micro and small firms, and that they outweigh the benefits of individual projects. However, for the level of sales and exports, individual projects seem to have an advantage, with similar employment effects. The impacts on small firms seem to be sensitive to the characteristics of the consortium in which they develop the R&D project. In short, a higher number of partners reduces the project's benefits for all types of firms, more intensely for the smaller ones, and the productivity gains of smaller firms are reduced in partnerships with more productive entities. In contrast, in terms of exports, large firms benefit more from partnering with larger and more exporting firms
